Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, and shape may occur, making every item unique. My flexible paste is specially designed to make sugar flowers more durable and safer for shipping, reducing the risk of breakage. However, sugar decorations are still delicate and minor damage may occasionally occur during transit. Sugar decorations have a long shelf life but must be stored in a cool, dark, dry place in an airtight container. Do NOT refrigerate or freeze, as humidity may damage or melt the decorations. Once fully dry, items should still be handled carefully. With proper storage, decorations can last up to one year. Some decorations may contain toothpicks or wires for support. Please remove all non-edible materials before consuming. Please order 2–3 weeks in advance to allow enough time for drying and shipping, and include your event date in the message to seller. It is the buyer’s responsibility to place the order early enough to ensure it arrives before the event date. Once a package has been shipped, delivery times and delays are the responsibility of the carrier. Due to the nature of custom handmade edible items, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged beyond repair, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can start an insurance claim and arrange a replacement if approved. Items are nut-free but produced in a kitchen that is not nut-free. If you or your guests have severe allergies, please use discretion.
