Shipping policy

Shipping:
Large orders should be placed at least 3-4 weeks in advance whenever possible.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Orders are shipped with USPS Priority Advantage Mail unless otherwise requested. Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of my control.

Each package is carefully packed and insured to help protect delicate items during transit.

Refunds will NOT be issued for delayed, lost, or damaged packages caused during transit. However, if your flowers arrive severely damaged, please contact me within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and damaged items so I can assist with an insurance claim and discuss replacement options when applicable.
