Because each flower is individually crafted by hand, slight variations in color, shape, and size are normal and add to the uniqueness of every piece. ⸻ MATERIAL & FLEXIBILITY All flowers are handmade to order using Flexible Paste, gum paste, fondant, wafer paper, or a combination of these materials. Primary Material: Flexible Potato/Corn Starch Paste Flexible Paste is a vegetarian edible medium made from sugar, potato or corn starch, water, coconut oil, glycerin, and glucose. Like all sugar-based decorative mediums, flexibility may vary depending on temperature, humidity, and handling conditions: • Cool temperatures (60°F / 16°C or below): Flowers may become firmer or more brittle. Handle with extra care. • Moderate temperatures (72°F / 22°C and above): Flowers generally remain flexible and easy to position. • Warm temperatures (76°F / 24°C and above): Flowers may become very soft and should be handled gently to avoid distortion. • Always handle flowers carefully during placement and transport. When stored properly, these flowers have a long shelf life. Do not refrigerate or freeze. ⸻ STORAGE & HANDLING • Do not refrigerate or freeze. • Store in a cool, dark, dry location in an airtight container. • Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and excessive heat. • Some flowers may contain wires, toothpicks, floral tape, or other structural supports. Remove all non-edible components before consuming. • Handle flowers gently, especially during placement, transportation, and cake assembly. ⸻ SHIPPING & TIMING • Small orders (1–2 items): Please place your order at least 2 weeks before your event. • Large or custom orders: Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks before your event date. • Please include your event date in the order notes when purchasing. • Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (approximately 3–5 business days) unless otherwise arranged. • Rush and last-minute orders may be available upon request for an additional fee. All items are packaged carefully and securely to help ensure safe delivery. While damage during transit is uncommon, minor chips or imperfections may occasionally occur and can often be repaired. ⸻ REFUNDS & DAMAGES Because all flowers are handmade and custom-made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once work has begun. My flowers are durable and packaged with great care. However, if your order arrives damaged beyond repair, please contact me within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the damaged items and packaging. I will assist you with filing a USPS insurance claim. Once USPS approves the claim, I can either provide replacement flowers at no additional cost or issue a full reimbursement, whichever you prefer.
