Each piece is unique and slight variations are normal. MATERIAL & FLEXIBILITY Flexible Paste is made from sugar, potato/corn starch, water, coconut oil, glycerin, and glucose. With proper care—stored in a cool, dry place inside a tightly closed container—flowers can remain flexible for up to one year and may be reusable, although reuse cannot be guaranteed. STORAGE & HANDLING • Do not refrigerate or freeze. • Keep in a cool, dark, dry place in an airtight container. • Once dry, decorations are very fragile—handle gently. • Some pieces may contain wires/toothpicks; remove all non-edible parts before consuming. • With proper storage, flowers can last up to one year. ⸻ SHIPPING & TIMING • Please order at least 1 week before your event. • Add your event date in the order notes. • Shipped via USPS Priority (2–3 days). • Overnight shipping and rush orders available upon request (additional fee). All items are packaged securely for safe delivery. Minor chips may occur and can usually be repaired using the extra petals and instructions included. ⸻ REFUNDS & DAMAGES Because these are custom edible items, all sales are final (no returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has started, as required by FDA guidelines). My flowers do not break easily and are packaged carefully for delivery. However, if your flowers arrive damaged beyond repair, please send photos within 2 days. I will help you file a USPS insurance claim. Once USPS approves the claim, I can either send replacement flowers free of charge or reimburse the full amount, whichever you prefer.
