All flowers and cake toppers are handmade to order using Flexible Paste, gum paste, fondant, wafer paper, or a combination of these materials.

Materials: Flexible Paste is a vegetarian edible paste made from sugar, potato or corn starch, water, coconut oil, glycerin, and glucose.

It is specially designed for realistic sugar flowers and flexible cake toppers. Flowers may remain flexible for 7–10 days after drying (sometimes longer depending on temperature and humidity).

Once fully dry, they become delicate and must be handled carefully. Storage Instructions: Store items in a temperature-controlled room, dry, dark place inside an airtight container.

DO NOT refrigerate or freeze, as moisture and humidity can damage the decorations, soften the paste, or cause melting and color changes.

With proper storage, decorations can last up to one year. Some pieces may contain wires, toothpicks, or internal supports. Please remove them carefully before consumption. Handmade Nature: Every item is individually handcrafted, therefore slight variations in color, shape, and details are normal and part of the handmade process.

Customer Responsibility: Please include all color references, inspiration photos, event dates, and custom details in the personalization/specification section when placing your order.

Delays or incorrect information may affect the final result. Shipping: Large orders should be placed at least 3-4 weeks in advance whenever possible.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Orders are shipped with USPS Priority Advantage Mail unless otherwise requested. Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of my control.

Each package is carefully packed and insured to help protect delicate items during transit.

Refunds & Damage Policy: Due to the custom-made and edible nature of these products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted. Minor chips or small imperfections may occasionally occur during shipping and can usually be repaired easily. Refunds will NOT be issued for delayed, lost, or damaged packages caused during transit. However, if your flowers arrive severely damaged, please contact me within 2 days of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and damaged items so I can assist with an insurance claim and discuss replacement options when applicable.
