They have a long shelf life but don’t put them in the fridge or freezer As with any Paste, it’s highly sensitive to water and moisture, and it should be stored in a dry area that isn’t humid. Once completely dry are very fragile, be very careful when handling them. Once you receive your items, they should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry location in an airtight container to avoid color fading and changes to the consistency of the fondant, unless you are using them immediately. DO NOT store items in the refrigerator or freezer as humidity will affect the consistency of the fondant and could cause it to melt. All sugar paste items are very fragile, be very careful when handling them. Decorations will last up to one year with proper storage. In addition, some figures may contain toothpicks, wires, etc... to support them. If you are planning to eat these items make sure to safely remove all foreign objects beforehand.
